I mastered it, thank you. I've exactly done what you've shown in the video. I first practiced the 1 foot glide, then I started putting a foot perpendicular to the front foot. It was hard at first, but practiced for more than 2 hours and nailed it. I used to use heel brake, but I've now made a decision not to use it anymore. If I should thank anyone for this achievement of mine, it's you. Thank you coach Polly. I owe you big. Hi Polly! Love your videos ❤ By any chance could you explain how to not fall on your back? Or like what posture should one have to avoid it? I was doing simple lemons (first time), fell and whacked my elbow pretty bad, thought I had broken it LOL I’m now scared to pick up the skates again ‘cause it was sooo painful 🫠

Be always sure to bend knees and if you feel like you are falling try to catch your knees. with inlines it's better to be always lean a bit forward. More you bend your knees better will be your balance especially when you'll start to turn, to crossover or jump. Also learn to fall, I know it sounds pretty awkward, but learning how to fall on your side is the best way to not be scared anymore and to be sage ;)

Does T-Stop needs to be performed standing up? I’ve seen people drag one foot while bending lower with the other knee. Or is this more of a Drag Stop?

How do you do it on aggressive inline skates? The wheels are a lot smaller. I have a pair of grey Them 909s

It’s the same way on aggressive! I think it’s easier in aggressive because the wheel hardness is usually higher on those

@@PollySkates yes, it’s harder but they are shorter and seems like it’s requires getting even lower just to touch the ground with them. I’m 6ft so it’s been a mission to find someone that can show this being done on this wheel height. I’m not giving up, just gotta find the balance and right height is all.
