I've heard only 3% of Americans know about the Rule of 72. The Rule of 72. How to make 1 Dollar Worth 15 Dollars. It is called the Rule of 72. It Is Called The Bankers Secret. The Bankers Don't Want You To Know This Exists. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gKbThIuuaM2aq68 MAKE 1 DOLLAR WORTH 15. A friend bought a house with the 30 year mortgage at 8 percent. He paid 500 dollars extra on the first three payments. So a total of 1500 dollars to save 20,000 dollars on his mortgage. For 1500 dollars he saved 2 1/2 years of house payments. Knowing the Rule of 72 enables YOU to do the same thing. How Money Doubles 72/20 Percent Interest=Doubles in 3.6 Years Or 72/1 Percent Take 72 Years To Double. The rich folks don't want us little people to know this. Know What the Bankers Know. This rule is very simple to divide the interest rate you are being charged or paid by 72 to obtain how many years it takes to double. So if you're being charged 20% on your credit card divide 72/20 percent your debt will double in 3.6 years. How Your Money or Your Credit Card Debit Doubles. Here is a conspiracy only 3 Percent of Americans know about the Rule of 72? The Rule of 72 is not taught in America but it is taught in grade school in Canada and Mexico. Einstein said it was more powerful than the atom bomb.

We procrastinate because the brain wants to avoid stress. There's no distinction in the brain between good stress and bad stress. If the brain perceives something as requiring effort, is difficult or challenging, as something it would prefer to not have to do... it generates stress. Distractions provide an escape from stress because it's an activity we want to do. We actually have a positive attitude towards our distraction which is why there is less or no stress associated with it so the brain moves towards that activity.

As I grow more mature, I find that #1 is less and less of a problem. However, my downfalls are clearly #4 and 5. I almost never finish what I start, even when I really want to, so I usually do nothing because I think I won't finish this thing either. I'm working on shifting my mindset and finishing really small stuff to get momentum. I also started making lists and it helps sometimes. Otherwise, I ask somebody I trust to help me through the whole process, or I write everything down as if I'm brainstorming, then organize. Sometimes, #6 ans 7 kick in, #6, I do the smallest tasks then make sure to get enough rest or do activities that will give me that boost and I delegate for #7. I hate doing my taxes, but I've got plenty of accountants around me that just love to do that, so I ask one of them. The hardest part is when I can't delegate, but it solves most of my problems. The small victories/reward system really helps!
