It’s always advisable to Invest judiciously, keep a stop loss figure. Shuffle between debt and equity wherever the ratio goes too off your target. As for the target, I recommend a Ratio like this Debt % should be equal to your age in years. If you are 20, debt is 20%, reset in equity. If the market falls or rises drastically, your debt % will change, which you should rebalance to 20% and bring back equity to 80%. Thus you would have bought low or booked profit depending on if it was a crash or a bull run.

My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to make investments. Saving is great but investing puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now. I'm close to 40. I didn't start my journey of building wealth until my early 30s and I'm close to reach a million in assets with 50k in debt all with passive strategy and working a normal job (working my butt off). I'm not stingy but frugal. I don't buy expensive cars or expensive electrics (those things don't make me happy at all). I've been driving the same car for 7 years which I bought used and it still looks nice. I also enjoy trips in and out of the country without a money cap. My hobbies require to buy things that help me be somewhat in shape such as a bicycle or tennis equipment. Pat is right, knowing someone with a different financial level than you can help you but I still don't know that millionaire or have a friend that is a millionaire and I had to figure a way to do it on my own. For the way things are going and with the capital I have, I can clearly see that at some point I'll be able to triple what I have within the next 10 years. Having the capital with discipline and luck, it's likely for that to happens.
