In this video, Adam teaches you how to finally stay in posture during the downswing. Many amateur golfers tend to come in steep to the golf ball which ultimately forces the golfer to stand up in order to shallow the golf club in the last second. Went from really clean contact and increased distance to weak pulls yesterday. Struggled identifying the solution as weak and pull are not normally synonymous lol. Pull is a miss I struggle with but so dissapointed after feeling like I was headed down a whole new level of golf. Back to the grind.

I have been following your videos for a while and they saved my swing. That being said my hips have always gotten out ahead (nearly fully rotated before impact). I have teied everything to get the inside and outside horses sinced synced but have not made any progress. Any suggestions?

Looked very stacked but without the lateral move on the downswing, would you comment on effect on the Horizontal force and inside-out path, which means blocking to the Right. Torque force is definitely out of the roof with this Left butt backwards move.

Whenever I shift my left hip back like you demonstrate in the video I always seem to pull/hook my shots left. Also, when I video my swing I can't seem to get the separation demonstrated which I find incredibly frustrating, instead, when making contact with the ball my hips are only slightly open. Any suggestions as to where you think I may be going wrong? I have to also mention that after watching one of your other videos on taking the club back I decided to give it a try on the course and my ball striking dramatically improved. Cheers

That is a short guy training tool. I am 6’6” with long leg, and that hits my hamstrings. I find the alignment stick doesn’t apply enough feel, and constantly has to readjusted.
