Nice video I have a question about the top hand, the past couple games when I make contact it is always a infield pop up my coaches say it is because my front elbow is getting out and it’s getting out because my top hand is being palm up. My coaches have been teaching to throw the barrel with my top hand and when I throw I should be able to stick my thumb towards the pitcher. And my palm should be facing the pitcher are they right or does my top hand need to be palm up I’m a 16 year old sophomore. Please explain
