It should not trigger again until you release the button and press again as it is an edge triggered device.

What happens when the circuit is first powered on? Will it 'trigger' and thus light the LED for seven seconds (without the pushbutton switch activated)? Is so, possibly put an RC time constant on pin 5 so it remains low for a second or so upon power applied?
