How to easily install a doorbell transformer

Not sure if I would have the transformer hidden in the wall. I think I would add a outside box in the wall with a cover and put the transformer in it and then connect the line to the Ring door bell on top of the cover. They also have AC Power Supply Adapter for AA Battery. I have one for my electronic door lock.

Not hidden it’s connected to the box so if I had to get to it I’d remove the box itself. I Just don’t want a blank plate on the wall and the location wasn’t accessible to the basement to run a low voltage wire. All homes have different scenarios. Not all are the same but I get it take care. Thanks for watching.
