If you want to stop translating in your head and finally remember the words in English or simply be able to speak English with confidence and eliminate translation in English, this video is a must-watch!
In this English lesson, I am going to show you how to stop translating in your head.
English is not our native language and as a result, it is natural that we don't think in English all the time. The problem is that some students study English the wrong way and their study routine ends up making them addicted to translation.
Because of that, translating in your head becomes a habit and stops you from communicating efficiently in English.
That's why I am going to give you 3 powerful tips to help you study vocabulary in English, improve your learning process and consequently allow you to speak English without translating all the time.
So, if you have problems translating in English and you want to be able to speak more smoothly, watch this video and follow the recommendations.

Happy to hear that! Awesome Iolanda! Next time, don't use "too much" say "so much" too much gives a negative idea (of excess) so it is mostly used when describing something negative (I am eating too much - that's not good for me). I am watching too much TV (that's not ok) :D

Thanks, teacher Prix! I am pretty sure I am not struggling to watch and listen to your channel, easy to understand, I will catch up immediately. But I am just a little bit struggling when I watch an English movie without subtitles and at the same time the accent is British English. I hope I use the word " struggle" correctly in my sentence. I am so glad that I learned English from your channel anytime, anywhere, and anyone. I would like to be one of your "baby sardines" on your channel. Keep it up, teacher! Happy learning...

It has never been a struggle for me. On the contrary, I always try to wake up early in the morning so that I can make the most of my day.

My listening is improving, but I'm always scared when I need to write, so I use google translate and this makes me frustrated and sad because seems like I don't make progress, I know I need to make mistakes to learn but how can I learn without using google translate for correct my mistakes?
@teacherprix

hi Francieli, stop using google translate to correct your writing, this is the worst thing you could possibly do to improve your writing and your English as a whole. It will actually make you more insecure rather than confident. There are some writing apps that can help you. Some of them are free (or partially free). Firstly, using Word (office) in English and you will already get a lot of writing feedback (Word is getting better at it, it is not perfect, but it is a start). Secondly, you can download/install the extension of Grammarly. I recommend this extension/website to my #bsa in the Academy. It is a great platform :) And thirdly, in the future, you can join my academy, I always give feedback to my #BSA in our platform :D I hope these tips help you!!
