You need to first install group policy editor and enable it. Then follow the steps mentioned in this video. I had the same issue and I fixed it now. (In win 10 home edition, gpedit is not installed by default. So we need to first install it and enable it).

Storage ൽ നിന്നും clear ചെയ്യുന്ന വേളയിൽ windows.old എന്ന file ഉം നീക്കം ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്‌ വാങ്ങിക്കുമ്പോഴുണ്ടായിരുന്ന windows home എന്ന version ലേക്ക്‌ തിരിച്ചുപോകാനാകുമൊ
