This is a great idea. I have set up my trike in my garage this way. It’s been hanging this way for 2 years now. The pulley system works best by hooking onto the wheels of the trike. It has done no damage to my trike. There is also no ideal way to attach the hooks to the main frame of the trike. I recommend that this is a brilliant way to store a trike. The pulley system is available on Amazon and is really inexpensive. The system has a locking mechanism for the rope so that it is easy to raise and lock the trike in any position. Make sure to secure the rope on the tie down cleat mounted on the wall.

great idea but instead of the tires I would have hooked on the main frame because you could miss aline your steering by doing that way it puts a lot of weight on the trike. Again the idea is great.

It looks like you did not use the locking brake on the rope, instead you let the bracket hold the bike up. Why?

Trikes are light. Just pick it up and hang it on some hooks. No fancy pulley system needed.

Some of us have broken backs and have to use a trike and can't "just pick it up"... my 2 cents.

@@SARDOG I guess that makes sense. I've had a back surgery myself. Just seemed weird cause my trike is so light, you could easily lift it one-handed.
