Hi all! 💜 Please feel free to share if you have any of your own tips and tricks for organizing and storing finished pieces for sale online. Oh, no! Not the last in the series! 😫 I've really enjoyed this series and have gotten lots of ideas that I incorporated into my stash. 🤗 I store my finished things in a large plastic container with the items individually bagged in plastic. I put the earrings in the front, followed by bracelets, then the necklaces, and finally the sets. It's been working on so far. May have to use a label system later, though. I can see how that would be handy. Thanks so much for doing this series. It's been very interesting and helpful. And it's always fun to see someone else's stash. Lolol.

I've enjoyed all of your storage idea videos. At this time I'm using photo storage cases that have individual boxes inside mostly for my earrings and bracelets. Each box has a different style in it. The cases have a good latch and handle for carrying. I can fit up to 12 pairs of earrings in each. The number of bracelets depend on the individual style. I like your system of storage for sets especially.😺

This series was extremely informative for me as a newbie beader, as I have things in the bags they come in and it's very quickly becoming overwhelming and much too disorganized. Thanks a lot for sharing these tips. I would love to see how you package your necklaces and bracelets for sale. Thanks again for sharing all of this!

Thank you for sharing your storage tips. I'm a very visual person and love the fact that most of your storage tips are visual as well. Love the shoebox idea with the washi tape and paper. I have have a ton of cardstock and now I can put it to use. I'm going to use this method to store all my unfinished pieces. My goal is to finish them first before moving on to new projects.

I love the way you have everything so neatly organized! I just make jewelry as a hobby for gift giving but I had no idea how I was going to store my finished jewelry. Thank you so much!! This will certainly help me keep things neat and orderly and easy to find. I will have to go back and watch the rest of this series. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!

I reuse the tubes that seed beads come in to store my headpins and eye pins. You can fit about 50 pins i one container depending on the gauge of the wire. Then I put in an acrylic stand.

Great ideas. I like putting the labels on the outside of the bag instead of on the earring or necklace cards themselves. Thanks! Would love one on how you do packaging for shipping as well.

Thank you so much for this wonderful series. Very informative and useful tips. I will be watching again. I hope you continue making more videos on more topics. I have hundreds of one of a kind beaded jewelry and desperate to sell some. I just bought a domain name and will create a website soon but I would love a series on tips on online selling...not so much on doing shows. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Gina this is genius. I will adapt this method. I am working on my website and had no idea how I would organize my stuff. I make a lot of memory wire bracelets, how would you store those as they are so much thicker. Thanks for sharing.

So question - I do mostly stretch bracelets which using your bagging system would work but I do more memory wire bracelets than any which are quite bulky - how would you use your system/plastic bins/washi tape etc for those?
@ORCHIDandOPAL3 жыл бұрын
Hi Patty! That's a thought-provoking question! I would probably not stack those items as shown here, but I would stand the packages up on their side. OR, you could do multiple bracelets per row, separate them with a sheet of cardboard, and stack another row on top - hard to explain through words, but hopefully the gist of what I'm saying comes through! 💜💜💜 Thanks for watching!

I love this process. It's so much easier than I'm doing. Also, I was wondering how to number them. This is great. Thanks for the whole storage series. You're making my life so much easier. I need to do inventory also, and have been collecting beads for a few years. I have been so overwhelmed with the process. Is there any tips or suggestions to help make that process easier? I do have a program to enter it into and started, but individually is going to take me a year. Any suggestions would be great.

I'm already subscribed, and I visit your chanel often. I'm wondering about your number system. As you finish a piece and list it, do you have the # attached or listed with it, and do you have an inventory book, also do you make duplicates or 1 of a kinds?
@ORCHIDandOPAL3 жыл бұрын
Hi Pam! The number corresponds to the number of the piece on my website. That’s how I keep track. 99% of what I make is one of a kind. Thanks for watching!
