I'm here in 2023. So glad I can still look at these videos from the OGs. I've done most of the steps and I love how my hair looks and feels so far. Thanks Mo!

FF to 2022 & this video shows on my feed. I sure miss the gold old days of KZbin. The market is so over saturation with products & “influencers” I don’t even watch natural hair videos anymore.

Great video to help naturals who haven't found a stylist to straighten their hair the right way and without heat damage. Her hair was healthy and silky. Please remember she has a stylist who helps her to keep her hair trimmed, healthy curly and/or straight.

All hail queen of the flat iron, empress of the blow dryer! This is the best tutorial I've ever seen. I love how the hair is flowing at the end and not a greasy stiff mess at the end. I can't wait to do this to my hair this weekend.

Of all the 1,000s of flat ironing videos on KZbin, this was probably the most thorough and helpful one yet! Especially the trimming portion. Thanks for filming this! :)

Hi! I just wanted to tell you that I used your trimming method on my hair and it completely changed the shape of my hair in a wonderful way!! I cut about 2 inches off of mine and I trimmed my sister's hair. I tend to do my own hair because of the length and texture (kinky/curly) of my hair, salon's tend to charge so much. Thank you for this video!!

I am truly a fan of your work! I've been natural for 2 years, but have been wearing extensions for years. I recently had them taken out because I want to take care of my own hair. I gained significant growth, but my hair is very fine. I love wearing my hair straight and want to learns ways to thicken my hair. I plan on visiting your blog and keeping up with your videos for more tips in how to do these things and more importantly, do other styles besides just straightening to avoid heat damage.

I plan on flat Ironing my hair soon and I have everything else in this video to test out on my hair but I can't find the chi in stores around hair. A fast way to install moisture is with hot oil treatments...there's a post on my blog under Hair Care Tips about them. Also, make sure you are using things that say "intense hydrating" and are sulfate-free. Deep conditioning with every wash, no more than once a week, should help over time too.

This really helps, my daughter has this type of hair and I got it straightened for the first time and the stylist told me she needed a trim, she had those fried looking ends. I was lost as to how to fix that, not sure I trust a stylist to trim her hair especially if they are scissor happy.
