So refreshing to see someone like Art in today's age of vanity fitness and social media. No nonsense, hard work, straight to the point, positive attitude, no ego. I wish I had more friends like you lol. I might even start tucking in my shirt when I workout.

From struggling to do even 5-6 Burpees a year ago, to now able to pull off 108 burpees without a break and then now to 2 rounds of 108 each. All thanks to @IronWolf for tips and for instilling that confidence. I am 58 and can maintain HR levels of 160-172 during Burpees and my HR is 55-58 during while at complete rest.

Focusing on the current rep is great advice, not only for burpees, but in all kinds of training and in life. If you're thinking about what you're going to be doing in 10 minutes, the next hour or tomorrow, then you're missing what's right in front of you.

So true. I play piano and if I think of the entire piece before learning it, I sometimes never finish it. If I think of one bar at a time, I get there in the end.

Nice Wolf 🐺. I’ve been hitting the burpee routine for a few months now following your lead basically and the #burpeesking. I have changed it up a little. This is my routine twice a week on burpees 50x2 pumps with 6 kicks 30x5 pumps with 6 kicks 50x3 pumps with 6 kicks 30x5 pumps with 6 kicks 50x3 pumps with 6 kicks 30x5 pumps with 6 kicks 50x1 pumps 900 press ups, 240 burpees, 1440 kicks 5 min warm up, I do extra shoulder stretches after each set of 80. My hand placement is always the distance from elbow to finger tips. My push up stands sit there and off I go. About an hour and a quarter all in. Hoping to get it under an hour for the 900 over the coming weeks and months. Really liking the burpee routines. Work hard everyone don’t cheat yourself

My body is getting used to the mechanics of burpees. Getting my form right especially. I'm 6'2" 180lbs. Long limbs, the kick out to foot placement felt arkward at first but I have been getting into more of a rhythm and my body is starting to naturally place itself in the optimal position. Just want to say Wolf your mental approach to training is second to none. I appreciate your wisdom brother. 💪🏾💪🏾💯💯🔥🔥

Why is this workout effective? Because it is the most natural movement, you train your muscles, cardio and willpower at the same time. (Mind). In my opinion, it is one of the most effective types of training, and the cheapest. And as a matter of fact, in my country (Romania) I call them "Koreans". PS. In connection with breathing, all you have to do for a start, is make surge, that air enters your lungs, it comes out on its own. And in time you adjust your tempo. All the best, and be strong, for your family.
