To start tuning you need: (1)Hondata S300 Installed in a Vtec ECU. (1) Wideband (1)Be comfortable cutting 1 wire and joining it to a new wire.

I’m trying to finish my h23a swapped crv and I’m going to see if I can start it up because the ecu I got was from a turboed Honda civic so I’m trying to make a new map so I can at least get the car running 😅

So after you created a basemap. You are live tuning the car? How are you able to get that live feed where your going along the graph? I'm trying to learn how to tune.. shit seems hard as hell.. just installed a turbo on my 95 accord f23a/f22a hybrid.. and got hondata on the way.. tuners are non existence where I live and the ones that are are 8 hours away.. so I'm forced to learn how to tune with my passion for cars.. I just need to know how to turn the car on with bigger injectors then tune the map as I drive and what to adjust the air fuel levels that I see while driving.. do I just drive then when I see a spike in air fuel levels either rich or lean stop the car then go to where it is on the map graph and adjust it to what it should be? Please bro if you can help any that be great bro..

P28 ECU & Hondata S300 is the best combo to start with. Or Haltech Elite 550 (I recommend this for the price)

Hey man, for the pops and bangs. i dont see anything about ignition timing in the TPS parameters. Only " overrun fuel cutoff(TPS) overrun fuel cutoff (MAP) Overrun fuel resume (initial) Overrun fuel resume (normal) Then the tip in fuel Can you make a video on how to do it? UPDATE: figured it out! And what's cool is that I can control when it pops. Just have to barely touch the gas pedal and it'll pop. So I can make it not pop when I'm going past a cop or something 😂
