I was a real skeptic, but this guy offered a simple solution that works! One size too tight, the next size up too big, and also a larger Bill portion of the Hat. So I took one of my smaller ones just now, and then about ten seconds later, then a little more tinkering, I have a hat that fits perfect, with the right size bill. New Era 59Fiddy, here I come!

If you turn your hat sideways I notice that my hat's brim isnt straight (after putting it the washing machine 🤦‍♂️) the beggining of it isnt staright it kinda curved a bit down (sorry if this doesnt make sense but can you or anybody else explain if they know what I mean?)

it doesn’t depend on your hair as much as your head shape, if your hair is like this i think you’d probably need between a 7 3/8 or a 7 5/8
