I’m planning to do this to our steel garage doors. Do I need to mask the inside surface of the doors, to prevent stripper from leaking in and removing the paint from the inside surface? Also, will the stripper damage the flexible seals at the sides and bottoms of the doors?

I don’t think this will work on a steel garage door but the rubber seals should be fine

Curious why you wouldn't sand blast vs using a chemical stripper? Stripping and sanding seems like an enormous amount of work and still won't do as good of a job as sand blasting

Just guessing but sandblast? Might damage the wood huh???
