Look into DMSO. It's a natural pain reliever and I've been using it for over a decade. It can help you get rid of your pain.

I used to do this. It took a lot of time because I would start by compiling a Priority Matrix and then plan & schedule it into my day. My current job obliterated this. I start my first meetings within 5 minutes of waking up, I go non-stop all day, and my day ends when I can no longer think clearly. My time to plan my day is obliterated, my recovery time is short, and I get complaints about things that I did not get to. This video reinforces that I need to get back to having a daily structure so that I can get done what I need to at work and handle things that are important to me outside of work. I am working all of the time, but I feel like I am not doing enough. To hear this example where the day is structured out cooking, eating a healthy breakfast, and working out makes me question how productive I really am. I am working all the time, but am I productive?

I always give myself buffer time because you’ll almost always have some sort of distraction or side task that you have to do. Like random phone calls, wife and kids asking questions, traffic, stopping to help someone, etc.

Great content! Thank you. My challenge is that I plan out my day/week with work, but then end up doing pop-up work and smaller tasks instead of keeping to my schedule. Any advice?

To get anything outside your head you have to put it out on the paper or digital list. This should stop you thinking about it.

So you suggest working out mid day or later oppose to the morning ? Makes sense like u said when you wake up that’s when your will power is very high
@ProductivityGuy-
@ProductivityGuy- 4 жыл бұрын
I personally like to work midday after lunch. I find it to be really productive because it breaks up my day and gives me a fresh energy. When I wake up I'm full of energy and creativity, but by much time my energy sinks. Then I hit the gym and energy is back and I can put in some more productive work. If you don't have a choice then of course I would work out in the morning instead of not working out at all.
