Is it difficult to work career jobs in Russia like it is in UK? Banking, Oil and Gas, Tech, medicine… Is it as simple as dropping my CV or the employer will say the visa is not suitable like native Russia citizen? In the UK & US, they limit the visa duration to make you uncompetitive compared to their citizens. You run out of time on visa which makes it almost impossible to have a long career. Is the Russia visa system the same way or Africans don’t face the same systemic exclusion?
