Which method would you use for pharmacology? Involving different medications , types and categories.I also take a class that involves learning diseases as well.
@BeyondPotential125 күн бұрын
For pharmacology, I would suggest grouping medications by their categories or how they work. it helps make connections between similar drugs. Use charts or tables to organize the names, types, and uses. Flashcards can also be super helpful for memorizing details like side effects or dosages. For learning diseases, focus on one system at a time (like respiratory or cardiovascular), and try linking the diseases to the medications you are studying. That way, you can see how everything fits together. Small, consistent review sessions can make a big difference.

Hi sir can i ask how can i cope up with pre cal and gen math , because it's a really hard subject for me and im also a slow learner and thank you for the tips.
@BeyondPotential12Ай бұрын
I completely understand where you're coming from! Pre-calc and gen math can feel overwhelming, especially if you consider yourself a slow learner. But here's some good news - you don't need to be a "fast" learner to master these subjects. Let me share a specific approach that works great for math. Break it into 45-minute power blocks (like we discussed in the video), but here's the math-specific twist: Spend the first 15 minutes reviewing previous concepts before tackling new ones. Math builds on itself, so this review time is crucial. Use the "Teach It" method religiously for math: After each concept (not just each chapter), try explaining it in simple words - like how you'd explain it to a younger sibling. "Okay, so derivatives are just about finding the slope at any point..." This works wonders for math because it forces you to understand the concept, not just memorize formulas. Here's a game-changer for "slow learners": Create a "Formula Story" for each new concept. Instead of memorizing x² + y² = r², think "The square of the height plus the square of the width equals the square of the hypotenuse." Making these little stories helps your brain connect with the math. listen bro, being a "slow learner" often just means you're being thorough. That's actually a strength in math, where understanding deeply is way more important than understanding quickly. Keep at it - you've got this! 💪

In the question first technique if we don't know what is in the chapter, how Will I able to make question🙁
@BeyondPotential12Ай бұрын
That's actually a brilliant question! Let me clear this up because a lot of students get stuck here. You don't need to know the chapter content to create questions, here's how to do it: Start with the chapter title and headings , they're like spoilers for what's coming! For example, if your chapter is called 'Cell Division,' you might ask 'What are the stages of cell division?' or 'Why do cells need to divide?' Look at any images or diagrams before reading - they're huge clues! Just glance through and ask 'What's happening in this picture?' or 'Why is this diagram important?' Quick tip: Use these starter phrases for instant questions: "What is..." "How does..." "Why does..." "What's the difference between..." "How are ___ and ___ connected?" Think of it like being a detective looking at clues before solving the mystery. You're not expected to know the answers - that's exactly why we're asking the questions! This technique works because it makes your brain actively hunt for answers while reading, instead of just passively taking in information. Try it out and let me know how it goes!

how we can decide what to do in break so that we cannot get distracted 🤔🤔

Hey sir, I am facing a very big problem called lack of concentration. It is completely destroying my studies. I gets distracted with every single objects around me. and also i face so much lazyness in my life. Sir can you suggest me a way in which i can resolve both of my problems🙏
@BeyondPotential122 күн бұрын
Both concentration and laziness can be improved with some small, consistent steps. For concentration, start by creating a study environment free from distractions. Keep only what you need for studying in front of you. Use a timer, like the Pomodoro technique (25 minutes of focused work, 5 minutes break), to train your mind to stay engaged. Gradually increase the focus time as you improve. For laziness, the key is to take action even when you don’t feel like it. Start small, commit to just 5 minutes of studying or an easy task. Often, once you start, the motivation to keep going builds up naturally. Building a daily routine with a fixed schedule for studies, breaks, and even relaxation can also help you stay consistent and overcome that sluggish feeling. It won’t change overnight, but if you stick to it, you’ll start seeing progress.

How is one supposed to do that like me in a boring school .... where lessons flow throughout day and night
@ashwin97536 күн бұрын
Sir for the method where you said to start with what you know and write any points... My weakest subject is physics and how to start the lesson if i am not even sure i studies the first formulae. And i keep forgetting the things i studied after i write a mock exam and have to start from the beginning. I feel safe if i do so but i am not able to finish the portions of physics nor the other subjects. I am not able to understand how to start studying. What do you think sir?
@BeyondPotential125 күн бұрын
I can understand bro, since physics feels like your weakest subject, try starting with the absolute basics, like revisiting the key concepts and formulas one at a time. Focus on understanding rather than just memorizing. Also, instead of restarting everything after each mock exam, try reviewing just the mistakes you made and the concepts you're struggling with. This saves time and helps you move forward. For other subjects set small goals to balance your study time. Don't aim for perfection in one subject. it’s all about steady progress.

These tips and methods are really great and work better than anything else but I have problem. Eventhough I would like to revue and learn this way, i always run out of time for study. I have like 2-3 hours a day for studying because i have school, 2 trainings a day and also i manage to go work on my internship during week. My time is very limited and more than often we have a test from different subjects following days in a row. I spend every bit of my time studying but its not enough. Could you give me some suggestions or point me in the right direction? Thanks for reply
@BeyondPotential12Ай бұрын
Wow, you're juggling school, TWO training sessions, AND an internship already that's amazing. Let me help you make the most of those precious 2-3 study hours. Here's what I'd do in your shoes: Don't panic about the time - we'll work smarter, not longer! Quick power moves for your busy schedule: Use those 25-minute focus blocks we talked about (they're perfect for short study sessions!) Study the tough stuff first when your brain is fresh Record yourself explaining key points during your commute (way better than just reading!) Keep tiny summary cards in your pocket for quick peeks during breaks For those back-to-back tests: Instead of trying to study everything, pick the most important stuff that's likely to be on the test. You know, the things your teacher emphasized or keeps coming back to! Here's a simple way to split your time when you've got multiple tests: Give your toughest subject a bit more time Your strongest subject needs less attention (you've got this!) Whatever's in the middle gets what's left Listen, a focused 25 minutes is WAY better than 2 hours of zombie-studying! 😴 You're not alone in this time crunch , lots of busy students are in the same boat Keep pushing champ!!

I find studying very boring and feel sleepy as soon as i sit to study. I did choose my stream with my choice but it feels like this is not what or how i wanted to study in this stream. I cant concentrate at all
@BeyondPotential122 күн бұрын
this is something a lot of people go through. The problem often isn’t the subject but how you’re approaching it. When studying feels boring or makes you sleepy, it’s usually because there’s no connection between what you’re learning and why it matters to you. Try this: break your study sessions into smaller, focused chunks (like 25-30 minutes) with short breaks in between. This keeps your brain engaged without feeling overwhelmed. Also, change how you’re studying, maybe watch a video, use flashcards, or teach someone else instead of just reading.

Hi bro I actually face a difficulty while studying after some time i get sleep and my Stop working And can't understand what am l writing and also in the middle of the class while teacher is teaching i get a sleep and i can't control it , and i used to apply some water so i can get rid of but it again starts after few minutes and i sleep for more time literally i used to go to bed at 11 and get up at 8 , can you give me some suggestions to avoid it.
@BeyondPotential125 күн бұрын
Bro, it sounds like your body is trying to tell you it needs more energy or rest. First, try adjusting your sleep schedule-maybe sleep a bit earlier to see if it helps. Also, make sure you're eating healthy and drinking enough water during the day. When studying, take short breaks every 25-30 minutes to stay fresh. You can also try standing up or walking around for a few minutes if you feel sleepy. During class, chewing gum or sipping water might help keep you alert. If it’s a recurring issue, maybe talk to a doctor to rule out any health problems like low iron or something similar.
