Can a beginner student of knowledge start with the 4 books of Ibn Qudamah? Are there any recent scholars who favor this way of studying?

I haven't seen a scholar recommend it The books don't really carry the Mu'tamad sayings as much any more so using more recent Mukhtasarat might be better to study the Madhab

It's an amazing structure that has been established right after the time of sahabas and up until it's the most established mazhab which has just a deep dive checking mechanism with their established ruling. It's quiet unfortunate those either who have no knowledge or little knowledge from here and there criticises Abu Hanifa and it's decended mazhab. بل فهمك هو الضعيف ، المناقشة في مسألة فقهية ليست جازمة لاتفاق المناقشين ، لا يستدل بهذا الزعم إلا فاقد العقل والبصيرة وأما قولك إن مدرسة أهل الرأي تخالف أهل الحديث هذا كلام صحيح يراد به الباطل لأن هذه المدرسة موجودة في عهد الصحابة بل هي راجع إلى بعضهم بالإسناد (عبد الله بن مسعود ومنه إلى عمر وعندهم فقه علي بن أبي طالب أيضا) وهي مقبولة ومتبوعة ولا خلاف في صحتها في الجملة ولا خلاف في جواز اتباعها أو تقليدها (الْإِجْمَاعَ انْعَقَدَ عَلَى تَقْلِيدِ كُلٍّ مِنْ الْمَذَاهِبِ الْأَرْبَعَةِ) من كلام الإمام ابن هبيرة وهو ليس حنفيا وكلامك يشير على عدم اتبعاك للمذهب الحنفي بل الجهل عنه فاترك الحكم على شيء لا تعلمه ويكفي لنا علماء المذهب مثل الشيخ حسام وأما منهج الحدادية وطعنهم في هذا المذهب الجليل فالسبب كثرة قراءة بعض المنقولات مع قلة الفقه في إدراك الصورة الكاملة

Assalamu Alaikum! Brother, Can you mention the names of some Hanafi scholars, from whom we can take knowledge from and they are sound in Aqeedah, adhering to the Sunnah. In my country,I'm from Bangladesh, the hanafi scholars aren't truly adhering to the sunnah. They support and do many Bid'ah acts like ~ ' Congragational Dua with raising hands after Salah', 'Celebrating Mawlidh various ways,', ' Celebrating the 15th of Shabaan', 'Celebrating the 'Laylatul Mi'raaj', 'Doing 'Isaal-e-Sawab'', reading Quran in front of the death and so on. And many of them are so Muqallid of the Hanafiyyah that they criticise if someone follows what is according to the Sunnah. Wallaahu A'lam.

Shaykh Husam Al Humaydah is one scholar, as for those in Bangladesh then I'm not aware However, many of these acts aren't necessarily Bida'h by unanimous agreement, they are actions which the Fuqaha differ on Only one or two of the acts you mentioned here are baseless such as 'celebrating' the 15th of Sha'ban and Mawlid

Congregational dua after salah isn't Sunnah but those who don't deem it to be Sunnah are not doing bidah, Mawlid is bidah but many scholars permitted it as long as people are not crossing the boundary of Sharia, Isaale sawab is permissible many hanabila permitted it, i have to research about what they do at laylatul qadr and then only I can comment... You seems to be hardcore ghair Muqallid Ahle hadees who are born to criticize madhab of four imams

Yes they don't support it neither do Deobandis (except some who says it is okay if we do it the classical way as stated by Ibn Jawzi) but in the past many scholars such as Ibn Jawzi, Jalaluddin Suyuti, etc supported it... Even Ibn taymiyyah said this bidah can be rewardable because of intention of the people... I disagree with ibn taymiyyah here... 15th shabaan fasting isn't Sunnah but Great Ahlus Sunnah Mujaddid and among elders of Darul uloom Deoband Hakeem ul Ummah Mujaddid ul millat sheikh ul Islam Mawlana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (ra) wrote fasting in 15th shaban is sunnah, scholars in Jamia tur Rashid and many other Deobandi institutions wrote hashiya that sheikh erred here, although some supported it... This clearly refute the notion that we blindly follow our scholars, do you know Sheikh also has Athari like view when it comes to Istiwa alal arsh, contrary to what Maturidi and asharis says... This shows that we Deobandis don't fingers those who don't fingers us
