I have a challenge though, I have used the method you mentioned however the e-mail in Outlook desktop shows a non formatted table but in Outlook web as a perfectly formatted table. Any idea about what I may be doing wrong, or what do I need to change in order to make it work?

Hi!, I know this is an older video, but I'm hoping maybe you could give me a hand, I'm applying my styling to my table, and it works great, but I would like to add a conditional formatting, on the table I have a date column, and I would like to make it so that IF that item has a date that is before Today, then its highlighted with a color, and if it's not, then it's not highlighted, is that something that can be done? Would it be possible for you make a video that explains how to send an email to each unique user that creates a SharePoint list item with a summary of the list items they've created? For instance, maybe employees create multiple list items a week and want a status update on all of their individual list items in one email (perhaps through an HTML table).

Hi I have a problem in sending mails. There is a list which has a column for Assigned To. This column has 2 or 3 people tagged I want to sent a mail (one mail). But as soon as I put email id of assigned people, flow make it 'for each' instance. I dont want to send multiple mails but want to keep all tagged people in 'To' of mail for follow up. Please advise

Hello, A quick question please. I followed same steps and it is working fine when I check my mail from owa (online) but when I check my email via outlook app the table border and styling doesnt show up. Just a normal table without styling appears. Any thought about it?

I tried the same e-mail in my outlook and it works fine. Regardless, every mail server and e-mail app has it's own settings and limitations.

Same happened to me, make sure to set tablestyle variable first in your email then put output after. That fixed the problem for me.

I cannot think of a two way sync as of today. Keep in mind that Excel components are still under development and I will not be surprised if I see it in the near future.

This logic will not work if there are more than one table in the email body and there is a need to style the two tables differently

The logic works perfectly with more than one table if you want to style them differently. You just need a different ID for the second table and define style for that ID in the . If there are two tables that you want to style them the same way, the logic will not work, because you cannot have two tables with the same ID. In that case create a CSS class and apply them to both tables.
