I know this is completely unrelated to the video, but I have a question about fitness. I'm 16 and I started weight lifting. I've been doing pushups and situps and such since I was 15. So I'd say I'm ready to lift actual weights. But I see a lot of my peers using preworkout. I think C4 is the one most of them use. I however don't use preworkout. I don't even use protein shakes. My question to you is; should I?

Dont use shakes, i mean unless you are lifting more then you can handle and stress your muscles out, thats the only time protein shakes will work, if not you'll just gain weight and not the good one. I dont use them, and for the past 4 months iv been going to the gym and my arms are way bigger then they used to be, and mg chest too, but i eat a lot of meat, and very few vegetables, but if you eat vegetables, spinach is a good substitute as so i hear since it contains a lot of protein. I just dont like vegetables so iv never tried it

Just go for a classic hairstyle. Undercuts are fine but shouldn't draw too much attention. i.e. not too short on the back and sides. All these extreme hairstyles are absolutely useless in a business environment.
