Thank you. I have a large bust and broad shoulders which makes finding a good fit difficult. This was really helpful. Sometimes the fitted jackets are hard for those of us with broad shoulders. Dear Larissa, you can find a pretty big selection at high street brands as "big shoulder" is a trend for over couple of seasons. Just make sure to choose a flattering length fo your proportions (don't go for boxy silhouettes!), also it is great if it is slightly tapered on the waistline (creates a hourglass effect). Another good tip - wear a belt on top of your padded shoulder (I do this quite often and you can see in many other videos). Another place to look at is vintage pieces, the grey blazer I am wearing is actually my mom's from 30 years ago :)) Hope that helps!

I think your tips are great, suitable for everyday use and easy to implement. exactly as it should be. however, I would be very happy if you could show what you can not only do better, but how you can style the "wrong" item of clothing correctly instead. e.g. the short blazer. Hi Saida! Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Proportions are key in every look, therefore in case, you wear something squarish on top make sure your bottom piece balances out the "heaviness" of your upper part. For instance flared trousers, midi A-line skirts, etc. Also do not underestimate the accessories - you can divide your upper part with long necklaces, scarfs, statement earrings or hats will bring attention to your face. Belts are also great in showing your smallest part of the waist even if you have a bigger bust, you just need to pick the right width or choose the same color as your top. Great tips! I'm slim, but I have a big chest and wide hips (due to my skeleton). So I have to be careful what clothes I chose, or I'll look the frump, 30 pounds heavier than my actual weight. These all look like they work, really love that long sweater split in the front to the waist, the shorter orange wrap/tie cardi, and the long grey wrap dress! Beautiful! Thx for the ideas! 🌱

Yes I recently purchased some beautiful leather belts, they are really a bit of art in and of themselves, some tooled, cut outs in the leather, others with beautiful buckles, one with turquoise stones placed at intervals, another with sparkling gems. A big problem is that clothing isn’t manufactured for larger bust. If the bust area fits, the shoulders are huge on me. But most of the time, the bust never fits, not in any size. My solution to some extent is to sew some of my clothes. However I have to wear suits for work & I am not going to sew a jacket. The solution to this is the tailor. I buy the larger suit jacket with the big old shoulders and take it in for alterations. The jacket I choose is often still a little to snug in the bust, but sometimes it is the best option. If you do this, go to a tailor shop (most often alters & makes Men’s clothes), but not to a seamstress/dressmaker. The reason is because tailors do better alterations on menswear style clothes, like suit jackets. Still, I am angry that the clothing manufacturers don’t make clothes that fit us. They don’t even try. Why is that center button pulling-it is because the shirt was not designed for a bust deeper than a C at best. Anything oversized, including some styles in this video, project or “tent” out in the front. Again, that’s not designing for a bust. That front tent is just unacceptable in my book. So I say yes to some of this video and no to some of it.
