I’ve been using the mink oil which I definitely feel like helped a little so I’m hoping if I keep massaging them and messing with the leather they will eventually be comfortable *fingers crossed* ❤️

Honestly mine are still not fully broken in! I’m still trying out hacks and tips lol but I will film an update video about the process! ❤️

@@ShalynnDay Yes I love that! I have a pair of docs and I just wore super thick socks and doubled up socks. I also recommend bending the sole- you grab the boot (i'm right handed) and hold the heel in your left and then grab the toe and bend it upwards towards the laces a bit with your right. It helps to break it in. I had issues with my first pair right along that area of the toe because it was so stiff. Then, to help with the ankles, I grab the shoe and point it away from me and press on the hardest part by the ankle, usually where the stitching is. This part here is reinforced and is stiff too, causing it to take a while to break in. I also conditioned my leather to soften it and then would wear them around the house and super short errands so I wouldn't get blisters. If you need, try moleskin (you can buy at target, it's by the stuff for corns and shit for your feet) and stick that on the heel part to add cushion. My jadon's should come in the mail next week so I'm hoping they'll be an easy break-in but I just want to be prepared!

also worth trying the masking tape trick, put tape on the heel part on the side that you’re getting blisters from, logic being your foot will slide around against the tape instead of rubbing against the grainy leather and creating blisters, helped me a ton with my jadons!

Get them! I love them and they look good on everyone. I personally when down a size but everyone else recommends going up a size. They will look good but just be prepared to break them in sis 😂❤️
