This is how I style my hair with Morris Motley treatment styling balm v2. Personally I prefer it over the original. What do you think?

I have thick Asian hair which I am growing out now. Creams just don’t even work with the longer hair and I’ve been using small amounts of claymation. I like how the oils allow me to rework my hair throughout the day. But after running my hands throughout the day it starts falling. How does the consistency of this product compare? Is it dry-er, creamier, tacky? Thanks!
