Losing a business deal due to a misunderstanding is very different than losing your life behind one. It made me a more effective communicator . And made bridging the gap that much easier. You have to meet people at their level and speak a language that speaks to them without being condescending. I’ve just never been able to make the connection between sales and conversation. That slimey feeling always crept in. Then I realized the difference between persuasion and convincing. Still learning though. Salute to your work
