What would you want to see is not what im quite sure about here? We did a video on Reef Monster's SPS only tank which was methods achieved described here. In hindsight i could have added more B-roll here of how well the corals are doing i suppose? A lot of the comments are asking how the tanks were started and how to keep it stable, but we seem to have covered it in the video. Mainitaining PH, Tank husbandry, importance of cycling and how to achieve these things nothing really out of the ordinary, pretty standard stuff. If we are asking for proof of what this LFS owner is saying, here is the time stamp on our visit to his shop! - kzbin.info/www/bejne/nWqVm3uaiLmpmKc At the end of the day, we could show you a reef tank that we say is done via this method, but unless I time lapse the entire process over weeks which is quite untenable how can i truly prove without a shadow of a doubt that it was done via this method and im not filming an already established tank? I am all ears if anyone has some detailed suggestions on how we can document such things better! But at the end of the day, this is Reef Monster's method which has proven to work for them and their level of dedication and time. If the videos of their tanks are not sufficient or too good to be true, thats not something I believe I want to take my time to change people's minds about if im entirely honest. There is no end to that. This is a method recommended by a hobbyist and LFS owner who has been doing this years and this is what works for him, compare this with other awesome channels online and on forums and come to your own conclusion. If there's anything you think we could do to "show" things, let us know!

With 5 tanks at home, im hard pressed to find room to start another for the sake of this science! But if i ever do attempt a SPS dominant reef I will be sure to document the journey with this method perhaps!

From my understanding from the top minds of Kalk (saturated and slurry) users and as a kalk fan myself, it is not true that PH levels doesn't matter. In my humble opinion, knowing the right PH range is important for kalk users. While as mentioned, a PH of 7.x to 8.3, dosing will continue, I don't think it's safe to exceed 8.9.
