nice question sadly, I have not taken time to record such, but once they start laying it all year round, but sometimes some might go brooding and stop laying, after a period of 3-5wks or more they will resuming laying...

Turkey lays between 80 - 100 eggs per year if you feed the hen properly and with a good male (male). Also the turkeys lay an average of 2 to 4 eggs per week.

well it depends on your farm practise or method, if you are allowing the female turkey to lay incubate the eggs, hatch and raise the chicks herself, then it can be less than 2 3times a year. but if you take the poults from her once she hatch, she can lay about 3-4. but if you take her eggs from her and incubate yourself.. she can lay almost all through out the year... hope this helps?
