What if i bought in november, that is dehusked and isn't srouted for amount of 2 weeks?

Will it have that sponge-like substance inside after the month in the zip-lock-bag? Or does it make that sponge-like stuff in a later stage? Because I really want to try that, but here in Germany it's nearly impossible to buy Sprouted Coconuts without getting scammed, so doing it myself would be a viable option, I just don't want to open it too early. 😅

Plus: I want to add, it's an awesome video, I love how you explained not only the "how", but even the "why" of the steps we would have to do to grow our own coconut palms. You did a really great work there.
