I have been trying to figure out how to calculate a formula for the last 3 days. It kept me up at night, I thought about it at work, and I couldn't focus on anything else in my free time. I am fairly new to self-taught excel formulas and it's really hard to know what formulas to use in what situation and how to make it work how I need to. This video completely changed my life tbh lol. Can you please help me with my current problem? I want to use sumifs with the specific set of dates where it will return the data of the highest value to the lowest, or if I can set only for 5 to 7, items will show. I hope you can share some insight. Thanks!

This was extremely helpful - Thank you. The only question I have is why did you "hard code" the year in the YTD formula instead of using the YEAR() function? Perhaps it is not possible, but as it is you must edit that formula every year.

Very helpful video… I’ve been trying to accomplish the week formula. Whenever you get a chance .. I really want to know how to get similar data in cells … like duplicates but similar. The goal is to get values like: Cell : A1 = FGH012 Cell: x = FGHO12 Zero instead of letter O. Thanks a lot in advance

How about creating a dynamic report showing the totals in this format: This Month, Last Month and this quarter, last quarter and this year, last year at all times without any extra steps. something like a dashboard which always only automatically calculates and shows above mentioned values?

Are you able to use COUNTIFS in a longer query formula? Like the ones from your Building a Professional Dashboard video? I have one section of my dashboard where I want to count only the cells with certain word, but keep getting errors when I try to do "countif" instead of just "count"

Hello, I would like to create a workbook for a savings and credit cooperative. This workbook would need to auto-update with years, past, present, and future months. The months would need to range from 2023 to infinite, and the years would need to range from 2023 to infinite as well. The workbook would need to track member id or account names and payments made of deposits, savings, personal accounts, loans received, loan payments, etc. Is this something you can help me with?

How to add two SUMs together in one cell? for example: I tried to put two sums into cell Z1: Z1=A1+SUM(B1:F1)+SUM (M1:S1). Google sheet wouldn't allow me to do it. Your help would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

You need to add more paranthesis, Z1: Z1={(A1)+[SUM(B1:F1)]+[SUM (M1:S1)]} I sued diffrent parenthesis types to show what needs to kinda go together as a group but you can just use the same type "(_)"
