If you don't, you are insulting them and they will retaliate. 6: when laying in the circle, you should offer a prayer to a deity of list or sex, envisioning the being of desire as you do. Cubi take the form of the caster's desire since they possess no natural shape. 7: when it is done, thank the entity, thank the deity, thank the elements, douse candles going clockwise starting from Earth, and sleep nude.

If your wanting to do it correctly you need to put the symbols in the correct positions and use the correct candles, pink for succubus and blue for incubus, if you don't then you may summon a demon that will harm you that isn't a succubus. Also you need to chant a spell to summon the succubus/incubus otherwise your just laying in a circle of candles and symbols, also you need to create a pentacle (up ward star) or pentagram (downward star) depending on which you want to summon to lay on cause if you don't join up the candles correctly you won't summon anything good or bad. Lastly to end the ritual you need to say a goodbye chant which banishes the succubus/incubus back to its realm, people forget that part which is why they're haunted by the spirits they summon cause unless you ask it to leave it will believe it has to stay and will attack you till you return it to its world. There's a correct order to do things so they work, if there wasn't then all technology would be duds, everyone would be idiots since school isn't correct and well anarchy will insue so follow the order of nature and the summoning will work.

This deserve a reply. From my experience with the occult, if you would be very serious in your demand and your will power is high enough and harmonious enough, making a talisman (any) with your own blood, would be seen by any spiritual entity as 'This one is serious...He means it.' That's why this would have more chance to work with blood. Nothing very surprising there is it? Does it make sense to you? You could use other substance as well. Wax (that you would magnetize with your own will) Oil (same comment) coal and salt are normally use for protective aspect but could be use if you would 'treat' them.

So while my experience with these entities are limited only in accounts of other practitioners, I can say this ritual won't summon a true "Cubi". Succubi and Incubi are the same entity, manifesting in a male or female form depending on the desires of the person they are drawn to. I believe that this ritual is a watered down version of summoning a lesser elemental being which may behave similarly to a Cubi but not actually be the same entity. Mind you this is speculative and any practitioner willing to attempt any ritual should spend hours if not days researching all manners to cast a ritual and find the commonalities to ensure safety and to prevent other unwanted effects to occur.
