The campaign is literally the best thing to get used to grapple sliding as well, thanks to that i can casually pull it off in PVP, and my sliding has gotten way more consistent to the point i can chain them to keep my momentum going

Much easier to win in flag carrying as you can drop it higher place on map, It takes you the furthest distance and possible to drop that flag much further, higher, to a team member, while you can't do nothing, esp grappling not working. It's about time and this game will lose players, and they change to play Splitgate.

Here's a tip for anyone trying to learn it when you walk off the ledge look down at the ground so it's easier to time the slide and then look back up as soon as you start sliding instead of walking off the ledge looking straight where your blind and almost half to guess when to slide, it's a lot more consistent this way

That works when you land on any slope. Thats called a drop slide and is different.

I've been doing this for a while, it's a very nice tool for quick engagements or escaping. You can proc a better slide just by jumping and slide once you hit the ground, it doesn't only have to be off the ledges but it helps. Doing this down a hill or anything inclined down will provide a massive slide boost. Pairing it with grapple hook, once you're falling down from the hook and you hold slide, depending on your momentum, you can go incredible distances. Keep up the vids, your channel is the best for any Halo MP tips and trick which I've been susing on a daily noq. Best Infinite channel out there!

Jump Sliding also goes further than normal momentum sliding, so you can actually chain this long slide over and over.

i dont know if you know this but itd be an excellent video to make just because i dont think anyone does: you can destroy the threat sensors. just aim at the central part and shoot it once. its super super useful if the enemy puts one down where everyone is clustered as you can split off without them knowing where everyone is going.

Do a video about grappleshotting as far away on flat ground as possible then supersliding at the end. It takes you the furthest distance in the least amount of time out of everything I've seen and I haven't noticed many people other than myself using it. Works fantastically with an energy sword or for just getting around without a vehicle in campaign

If press the button to run as you're grappling the ground in front of you, then begin to slide at the end of the grapple, you'll go even further. In the campaign I'd jump over outposts doing this, and if you time it right you can keep repeating this to go further. I found it very hard to do however after the 2nd attempt, and the timing is pretty tight

You can just press crouch mid-air and you do the slide. You don't need to time it or pass it as you hit the ground. You can press Crouch while you're 45 feet in the air and it still works.

Not really, If you want to learn a particular maps slides and skill jumps then you're better off loading a custom game on that map and practicing the techniques.

it only works if you hit crouch the moment you hit the ground sprinting off a ledge. the timing to do it is already slim but the taller the ledge the slimmer it gets.
