So glad your eye isn't too bad dear. Getting dressed seems to help me a lot. Yes just surrendering to it and find comforting things to do is great. Ugh the twitching!! You are brave. You are a very brave woman. I had a bad start this morning. Cold then sweating. Electric shocks, hernia affected. Acid reflux. Took my tablets. Settled a bit now but electric shocks saps my energy.

im dealing with health anxiety too its so draining. i get the worst head fog my head feels empty.it scares me and makes me feel weird. i had a ct scan the other day and it all come back clear. i think caffeine makes anxiety worse too so i cut out caffiene from my life. woke up today with no headache but now my heads pounding. god bless

Health anxiety is so terrible. So hard to deal with it but just to continue educate yourself and deal with it. Thank you for sharing. I always find something helping in your videos. You are strong young women helping yourself and others

Retinal tear and nobody knows why it happens. It has to be watched and sometimes fixed with surgery.
