@@oscarriveraabal9390 Unfortunately, that seems to be the case. Unless, there is a players vs ai mode where the ai control the klowns. I don't see this game making it. Most players will prefer to play humans. Which will result in terrible queues. This game will need to have an ai system built in. They delayed the game for close to 2 years. So, I don't wanna see any loss of input bugs, any collision bugs, any bugs related to internet connections (lag), etc. This game should be perfect, and if it's not, then this game will not see success.

@@Some-person-dot-dot-dot people are most definitely going to pick the clowns and survivor I don’t know why you think no one will pick the clowns on dead by daylight Texas chainsaw masker and Friday the 13 I pick the killer more than the survivor and have way more fun playing as killer and I don’t think it will be a couple months or a year. It will last for a couple years maybe shut down or not we don’t know it just depends how much people like the game think about it Friday 13 when it came out, people thought it was dying, but people were still playing it and it last for like five years and then shut down and the only reason dead by daylight is still up and running because they keep putting new killers in the game. That’s the only reason players keep playing that game and the achievements.

It’s mainly there to prevent survivors from putting all their effort onto one objective that gets everyone out. That’s my problem with TCM, there’s like 3-4 ways to escape a map and only doing one allows all survivors to escape without the killer being able to do anything

Friday the 13th will forever be one of my favorite online games ever and I hope its spirit is captured in this game. I thought maybe Texas Chainsaw: The Game would be like that but it just didn’t feel like it. This however looks way more and feels more like the gameplay and style and just vibe that Friday the 13th was.

Ya know, all clowns remind me of the first time i meet one. It was my 12th birthday (embarrassing i know) and the clown was depressing as hell but before he left with his 18.13$ he told me a joke. "I heard if you're lucky and open a bottle of beer you can summon the Beer Genie so i bought myself loads beer but all i got was a D.U.I." i said "Where you drinking and driving?" he said "no i was drinking and the Genie was driving."

I wish they would come out with a remake movie with updated graphics and like other clowns come to rescue the clowns from the original movie and they come back and collect dna or whatever they can find to revive the other clowns and then they join forces against the humans by tracking down and turning the original cast into cotton candy cocoons and then their families are left to try to hide in bunkers or sewers whatever to escape the clowns and the whole world gets taken over by the clowns and only gets saved when another race of aliens the Grey's come to save us and help us populate the world back , or the humans use time travel to save us all.

This game seems to be an improved version of the Friday 13 Game. Not sure why people keep bringing up Dead By Daylight as if only one game is supposed to be allowed in a genre. They said they will add a lot of things into this game. Texas chainsaw has no content, no difference from a level 1 player to a level 99 player, buggy game, P2W DLC, dead game with 10+ minutes lobby simulator I see the same exact users on a daily basis, wrote this comment as I am currently waiting in a lobby. They are self publishing the game, that is amazing. Originally someone else was going to publish it. Developers who self publish succeed more. Plus, pretty sure everyone is going to leave TXCSM for this game

Please, please, please. Don't fall into the same fate as so many other asymmetrical horror games before. Learn from why they failed and avoid making those same mistakes. Because every game that has tried to follow in Dead By Daylights footsteps (I loved DBD and still do) keep failing for one reason or another. Whether it's out of their control or entirely their own undoing. FT13 failed because of legal shenanigans over who owned the property. Last year the nightmare fell into obscurity. VHS failed to balance monster vs human side properly and then their discord/servers i don't remember exactly got doxxed/hacked. Evil Dead crew didn't balance monsters vs humans well. Many other issues with the game. Tried to fix things but by that point was too little too late. They didn't care or seem to try to fix anything until it was too late. Game basically died and they abandoned it. Then there's Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Sweet Jesus. Balancing issues again pop up. The creators keep saying "we want a casual experience for our gamers" yet continuously make changes and decisions that instill competitive mindsets. Make pay to win characters. No good extra content worth getting. So PLEASE learn from their mistakes. Look at what Dead By Daylight does right. Look at what these guys did wrong and learn from it. Rise above them and be an exception. As opposed to yet another failed project in this line of failed games. You guys have a golden opportunity here.

How voice chat is going to work? Can you spam with trash music that both sides can hear? Is it proximity based? I hope it's not F13 degenerates and Ghostbusters children again. Is there an in-game shop for cosmetics? Are there any matchmaking filters? Ping etc. It's fair to ask for decent online in 2024 where we don't have to play against people with Outer Space Wi-Fi. Are there any perks or something similar? Abilities that you can change? Is there an anti-cheat? Is there a working report system? Deluxe Edition description mentioned 2 human characters, but in few other languages it says cosmetics. Is this a translation error or fraud?
