Be sure to pick the prisons with long hallways that can be used as a loop, or else it won't work (unless you somehow found a way to do so). Snipers can still kill you. My version is 681181. So technically, you can run faster than a quadrupedal monster despite being bipedal.

No, they're easy to knock out with bare hands. The only moment you'll know you f***ed up is when the dogs are after you, and can be a nuisance to deal with. I hope this helps :)
