Very informative and well made video. Additionally, I would advise using a waterproofing spray on the boots, no matter how good the boots are. It's also known as Impregnation spray in english, Impregnatie spray in Dutch and Imprägnierspray in German. This spray builds a layer on the boots thus preventing the snow settled on the boots from melting and seeping in, which could get quite dangerous if you are still out in the cold.

Done a good job in explaining for our desi friends in Hindi.. One correction is cotton layers are not suggested or recommended as it doesn’t Dry when wet and is the most uncomfortable experience. You suggested Jeans. Instead you do get fleece lined water resistant pants. Agreed that in low temperatures you are mostly in snow but while hiking you do pass streams and occasionally freezing rain. all in all I did like your video. Down jackets can also be your 3rd layer before your outer layer. Down is the under feathers fill and keeps you the warmest. Only downside is it doesn’t protect you when wet as opposed to synthetic fill. The outermost layer is also suppose to be water proof 😊

Nice video for first timer! Thank you! However, Cold or snow are over exaggerated. I am in Canada for last 3 years and I just wear a winter jacket (light) on 1 layering and a shoes (nice grip) and a cap and gloves and I have no issues at all.. I am in -15 to -17 from past 15days

Jeans is not at all suitable for harsh winter weather. I am from Canada, we never wear jeans in winter. At a micro level jeans have holes which doesnt help with the insulation. Joggers is good enough, best is fleece jogger or leggins.
