After dying, I'm pretty sure you're not a soul eater again. And, that's the only way to stop it. We can't stop being a soul eater, unless you die. (Leaving can stop you being a soul eater too btw)

I have a question, how do you get the Western Guest title/name? I’ve seen so many people with the title/name.

You get that title when you're a nurse at De Pride! If you join Les Beyond as a nurse you get that title but otherwise you are treated like a citizen like everyone else!
