6 weeks postpartum! This 4th trimester has been harder for me than birth and pregnancy. No one told me about hemorrhoids, the pelvic floor, and s*x after is so painful! And breastfeeding is so hard and just becoming a new women and trying to get along with my husband. Good thing is I am almost 7 weeks and feeling 100x better and enjoying my new life!😊

I was induced on Wednesday and had my baby boy Thursday morning ❤ we got to go home yesterday and I couldn't be happier. I have never felt so much love for someone in my life! My actual birth experience was kinda traumatic for me, though, so I don't know if I'll ever try for baby number 2 😅

Currently pregnant with my 3rd. It’s hard to be excited because I’m scared and worried about the future. My second baby is turning one this month. I also have a 3 year old. Idk why I’m posting this here.. I still don’t feel like myself since having my second..

I’m laying here 9 days after birth with a heating pad on my abdomen because my uterus is doing a little dance. I watched these videos every week and I’m so excited to be out of the weekly updates and into the postpartum videos!!

I'm 4 months postpartum and I honestly feel like the 4th trimester should be for 6 months when exclusive breastfeeding is done because it is such a demanding time. I don't think one can ever be prepared for what's to come. As soon as I feel I'm adjusting, the whole "schedule" scatters and I'm back to square 1. It is a truly challenging time just that everytime I see my baby, I'm so happy and it's totally worth it.

I'm 23 weeks pregnant and I'm rewatching the all pregnancy videos and new videos, since my first baby 19 mths ago. Hemorrhoids are the worse. Didn't bother me much in my first pregnancy but after and until now 😢 Already using my 'cold & warm' pack. Sneezing always comes two ways too!! It's have been 3 weeks since I vomited last. But hey ladies, there's nothing we didn't survive until now, still a lot to go. We are creating the furniture! Milk cheers for that!!

I am 1yr postpartum. I have some lingering issues with leaking (when I cough or sneeze) and constipation. I've never liked drinking a lot of water, so that's probably half my problem.

Great video! I’ve been watching your videos through your my whole pregnancy which help me prepare my journey to motherhood. I’m 13 days post partum. Had my baby girl on st. Pattys day via scheduled C-section, she was breech. I gotta say the first week was tough but I’m lucky since the recovery seems to be going very well for me. I haven’t really felt those post partum cramps maybe because of the pain medications I was taking. Anyway, this whole experience is so wonderful. I love being a new mom and all the feelings and emotions that come with it. My husband and I are so blessed and grateful and our family couldn’t be any happier that there’s a new member of the family. ❤❤thank you for these videos!

I'm so grateful for your channel, helped me with my pregnancy and labor. I was confident and knew what to do but after the baby arrived....that first 3 months I was still good but afterwards I fell into depression and it got worst. It was weird how I got fat and had not motivation or time to work out, I have a baby daddy but he worked so much I felt and was alone and it felt like I was a single mother. I wished my mom was alive cz she was going to help me. But with all my sisters away from me, it felt weird cause I helped them with all their kids when they had babies, but not one of them came to help me. The depression got worst cause I couldn't afford nanny and my baby didn't want to go to anyone due to the lack of ppl around. So It was hard leaving him with ppl, he would cry if I take him out into public cause of car noise and all. But I spoke to my partner so many times about his family who stays more close to me but not visiting. It was so confusing cz he created reasons and I felt resentment when they do come cz they would expect me to play strong mom and making tea and stuff n I didn't want help with them around me, I wanted help knowing my baby is away from me a bit but coming back later and also knowing my baby is happy. But with my child crying so much by them, I never felt like I can rest. My sleep was bad for a whole year.... my son is 1 now and going to daycare Monday. So I'm happy to sleep, he loves his dad, ppl and outdoors now, his super funny and r my main joy. I'd say, motherhood only became joyful now. I'm getting sleep again and can go out and I feel like the depression is ending. But now I'm having daycare anxiety cause I'm so use to my baby and don't know how to deal with him away from me and if they will understand him, will he be OK with other kids. But I trust in God and in my baby he showed immense confidence, I feel like I'm the one who needs counseling on how to deal with being without him😊

Can you please talk about belly binding and post partum recovery belts? Like when to start using it or what to expect if one had stitches or c section?
