OMG!!! Same here I'm always full of light I'm always would be laughing even since a little girl. Since 2022 started I have been feeling intense anger. An anger that is deeper than I have ever felt in my life. It has gone so far that I have felt downright disgust from being around other people. Felt like a huge regression on my spiritual journey. Chiron has been transiting my Moon/Mars in Aries so I figure that would make me even extra sensitive to these harsh energies. xD I have been doing all I can to be patient with myself when those feelings arise, have compassion for the shadow. I've been feeling this a lot and over the last few years it's only getting stronger. Last year I was completely overwhelmed with all the energies going on and I truly found everyone and everything "annoying" lol. I layed in my bed all day for MONTHS, because everything was too overwhelming. I was filled with so much anxiety and when I agreed on a social event ONCE I had a panic attack. Interesting observation on conflict energy!! I live in Panamá, where the people have united in conflict with their government to demand more accountability, equity, and transparency. We had a month of protests and severe disruptions to daily life as the enraged people put demands on the government. I am back in physical therapy as an old injury picked this time to flare up. My strategy is meditate, meditate, meditate, and send intentions for peace to all sentient beings. 🇵🇦🙏

I am visually impaired, disabled, and I live alone in a rural area with no public transportation and I'm practically stuck right now, reliving the same day over and over and it's been that way for the last year and a half. Even as a spiritual person, my only social outlet is the internet and I can't go anywhere online without being phased with everything that's tearing our species apart right now. Whether it be on the Internet or television, we are constantly faced with the conflict being forced on anybody that is doing anything other than sitting in complete silence without a single electronic device near them. It's very frustrating and I've even considered giving up social media altogether but I am a self-published author and I need that platform to promote myself. I feel like I have so much working against me and instead of anything getting easier it just keeps getting harder to deal with.

Omg...you hit the nail on the head! I've been feeling so much like this lately. I know I'm in my head and need decompression time because I've learned to listen to the language of how my body communicates. But so ironic...about 3 weeks ago, I did the grounding exercise without realizing it was an exercise. I just did it...walked barefooted in my garden and it felt exhilarating!

Actually I have been feeling very peaceful and calm, but I believe it was major for me to already have a previous grounding/balancing routine, as I had been working on reducing chronic anxiety. For me the most useful habits I got was to start my morning with a Gratitude Meditation (life changing, I truly recommend it), drinking a lot of water and then get on the yoga mat. Then I go for a 1h walk with my dogs and walk barefeet on the park meanwhile, and on the way I hug some trees as well and thank them for their friendship 🤗 It doesn't matter how early I need to get up to do these before I start anything else, because it is really worth it. I am able to manage the rest of the day with mindfulness and remain balanced. I believe than anyone who has struggled with anxiety knows how priceless this is. Apart from that, nowadays I only eat non-processed food, plant based, and I feel my body striving on it. Still, I don't feel so energetic as I used to be, but I know my body is working a lot to adjust itself and it's alright. I hope this tips are helpful!

This is very accurate according to what my guides have been saying. Yes there's A LOT going on right now. For me personally old energy held in the body has been released. Intense but so good to leave it behind. For me the energy modality called PSYCH-K has been such a wonderful tool on my ascension journey. When things come up physcially, mentally, emotionally or spiritually, I can transform it quite quickly. I highly recommend it. Especially for lightworkers. Lots of love!

I currently feel so much more expansive and evolved than anyone I see at any given time. I’ve been on a spiritual path for years now after a massive spiritual awakening. Im not perfect but spiritually I’m growing more and more and my perspective constantly changes and I feel like I’m sharing my space with toddlers on an evolutionary scale. As soon as the thought enters my mind I drop judgment though I just know I’m here for a specific purpose and people have absolutely no clue who we are, what we are, what’s going on here, what else is available and out there. I am a PPP (previously positive person) who liked most everyone. Now most people irritate the shit out of me. I am highly critical of other’s behavior especially when they are rude or display rude or dangerous driving behavior. I challenged and went off on another driver calling him names. Later I felt guilty for not controlling myself. I made a point to treat the next 10 people I encountered with friendly, positive behavior.
