So grateful Andrew Huberman speaks openly about prayer and God. I am a (not famous) scientist and found my way to God and to prayer through hardships. So grateful he doesn't hide it or camouflage as some sort of spirituality 🙏. Thank you and God bless you, Andrew🙏💯

So good to hear him talk about the recent tough time he had without “talking about it”. I don’t think he truly comprehends just how many people (like me) do care and support him.

Timestamp: 2:11 "You win by sleep." Counterintuitive in our culture of productivity and in youth when energy seems limitless. But it is true. Mental health can be immediately targeted and calmed by a regular consistent sleep schedule. And how work that causes irregular sleep is sabotaging to well being.

Andrew & Chris you're both legends for getting this kind of message out to the public. Andrew's outlook sounds exactly the kind of thing the psychological space is pushing over the last year and it's inspiring to see what our future can look like once the scientific worlds have unified. Casey Means, Andrew Huberman, Jordan Peterson, Mike Israetel & Elon Musk need to get into one room together and give us the podcast of the century!

Watching this mesmerizing video dredges up painful memories of the recent dissolution of my 4 year relationship. The departure of my beloved, the one I adore deeply , has left me in a perpetual state of longing. Despite my tireless attempts at reconciliation , I find myself mired in frustration, unable to shake the persistent thoughts of her. Despite my efforts to move forward, I'm compelled to share my inner turmoil and the overwhelming sense of missing her here .

Letting go of someone you love deeply presents a formidable challenge. I faced a comparable ordeal when my 6 year relationship ended. Refusing to succumb to despair, I relentlessly pursued avenues to reconcile with him. Ultimately, I sought solace and guidance from a spiritual counselor, whose intervention proved instrumental in restoring our connection.

I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I'd suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.

My advice: for newbies to grow financially this year, invest. Saving is good, but investing elevates your finances. Why newbie make huge losses on trade is because investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. that will stop you from trading, this has been one of the biggest problem to new traders, I've learned this from my own experience

Great information, Andrew….. I would also add that you never ever leave God out because when we lean on our own understanding, we get in the way of his plans so prayer is essential. Additionally, I would say practicing total surrender to the chaos or crisis in your life to the one who understands it, the creator of the universe, the one who created you who chose you and calls you child, two more points and I’ll wrap itt up, it’s the topic of control trying to control ian outcome. You’re basically playing God., i’m not saying you don’t have your part, but when you’re leaning on your own understanding, instead of leaning on Gods understanding, which means totally surrendering the Criss for Christ cares, and comfort being Still with the HolySpirit to supply the power, trusting God’s timing instead of your own, this will create a piece that passes all understanding God bless you Andrew✝️

I’m at the stage of my life when it’s becoming apparent that being myself and putting myself out there - against my anxieties, fears, and, frankly, my better judgement - has resulted in absolutely nothing. Oftentimes it feels like it would have been better if I hadn’t wasted my time and tried at all. In those moments there is nobody around you and realise that, like in death, there is only you against the abyss. Must be great to be able to be yourself and not alienate everyone around. Sometimes I wish humans could just fall asleep and disappear without a trace - to make it easier for everyone around.

Obviously I don't know you, but do you think you're a likable person? And if not, why? I find most people that don't have relationships either don't put the effort in, are very self-centered, don't try to listen to others, etc. Even then, you just said you have anxiety and fears, but it's "against your better judgement?" How can you truly put yourself out there when you already are feeling negative towards people? You don't think others can smell that? It's like some dude who's always saying women are awful, don't give them a chance, and they wonder why women pass them up on dating them. I'm not saying that to be mean at all. We've all gone through phases of that. I would encourage you, against your better judgement to keep trying. Going from 0 friends to even having 2-4 is life changing. It's like applying for jobs. If you put out enough applications, really take an interest in people, share your interests with them, be compassionate, etc. you'll find someone. Everyone's yearning for a connection, they're out there.

I get that people can be absolutely terrible. They can also be amazing. If you are putting the work into yourself and genuinely trying to do good in the world enough time will bring the right people in if you put yourself in their path. I have so many lovely friends now that won’t get out in the world because they are afraid of rejection. It’s scary to put yourself out there but living life alone is much scarier.

Don’t have to think about nouns like Jesus, Christianity, etc, there is a drive in all of us that we can’t comprehend but yet we still struggle always with a purist of faith! Just trust that that feeling is more complex then you can chomped and have faith there is more in store. You would be surprised the internal meanings you start to chomprehend! 🖤

It's not that I don't agree with what Andrew says, it's that I can see he's lying. If he's referring to a recent terrible time in his life... It's likely when he got caught cheating after years of abuse and manipulation of so many women as well. I'm telling you this because I know him. I know his eye twitches. I know the cadence of his speech. Because I've known him ever since he referred to himself as Andy. People who have his back were people he actually succeeded in duping. My honest question to you is what would it take for me to show you? I have all the documentation.
