The MetroPCS site was (as usual) not working correctly, and I was really confused about whether the SIM should be in the old phone or the new one as I was attempting to activate the new phone on my account. Your instructions were perfect, so clear and succinct. I would just mention that Switch Phone may be under Account Options rather than Account Settings on some phones. Metro PCs is way better than simple mobile when it comes to switch phones to the same SIM card with Simple mobile you need to buy a new sim card each time you want to switch to your previous phone I'm new to Metro I want more information to me is weird that Metro PCs is offering free phones are they prepaid or contact? Ya said my account was canceled which is phone no I had for 10 yrs before I became metro customer now I did not pay my bill after they charged me for 3 months of not even having service . So I called Said I'm back want to see if I can just use my phone no and switch to straight talk wireless and they said yes so I called straight talk about switching and my no had to be giving from metro first but it's not with metro cuz metro says its no longer available
