How to Sync Faders in TouchOSC with Faders in Ableton Live

Hey Will...Great video as usual! I'm in a cover band and my drummer triggers our songs from our laptop but I want to use Touch OSC across stage to trigger if necessary. Is there a way to add a text box with the name of the locator so I know which song is queued up?

Hi! I can control Kontakt with Touchosc, but when I press a fader (or button) in Kontak on PC, the control does not change in Touchosc. How do I integrate this so that when I move a knob or fader on PC it also moves on Touchosc?

I have an issue where I move fader in touch osc its respondse well and in sync with ableton . but when I press a button suddenly the faders in touch osc jumps to another position. its happens on two difrren devices. im on android and Mac... again it works but I there is a small jump and the faders jump to another position without affecting sbleton as it is just like visual , but when I touch the fader on osc there is a bit of a jump in the sound as the position in osc is not the on seen in ableton but when I touch the screen it aligns and sync with ableton. any idea ?

Is there a way to keep normal buttons in sync with ableton? i.e. arm buttons on ableton tracks. I was able to create a template where I can arm/disarm tracks on touchosc, but if I then arm/disarm tracks within ableton touchosc is then out of sync.

Hey Will, thanks for the videos on Touch OSC. They really helped me out. I tested the faders on my OSC rig and Ableton and they are perfectly in sync. I was wondering if you could do the same for Ableton's click? I am able to turn it on and off with a button in my template on OSC but if I turn it on or off from Ableton, it does not sync with my button on OSC like the faders would. I tested it out with an Ableton channel's on and off button and they sync up like the faders but that is not the case with Ableton's click. Any ideas? If this question is answered in the courses, could you direct me to the correct video?

I don’t think the metronome transmits that info via MIDI, but I’ve never tried
