Two years and this very simple explanation still holds true! I bought two Tribit Stormbox Blasts for the soul purpose of syncing them. I was messing with them for about an hour and and couldn't get them to sync, even with online trouble shooting. Stumbled on your video and within two minutes the problem was solved. Great work amigo!!!!

Then I watched this vid & heard the correct tones but couldn't get the confirmation voice. So I'm confused, what exactly is the difference between "party mode" and true wireless stereo mode? I can't seem to find that anywhere. I'm going to be doing music duties at a small-medium party in a hall at some point, and I want to know whether party mode or TWS stereo mode would be best? I have the big brother of the storm box micro, I have two of the storm box pros, but party mode is still party mode, right?

Party mode sends both left and right channels to each individual speaker with no sound separation. Stereo mode sends the left channel to one speaker and the right channel to another. These speakers would be too small for a large party so it’s good that you’re using a larger speaker. I use these for a party of over 100 people and they worked fine: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fIGcYZ2sf56mars

Thankyou! That manual doesn’t clearly tell that. So glad you showed that. It worked! I had to sync the second on my iPhone and then disconnect it then forget it. Then I was able to get both to pair without the synced one shutting off connection. Thanks again!

I haven't done it, but somehow, I doubt it. But I can confirm you CAN connect a storm box micro 2 to an original storm box. When I got my storm box micro 2, I was able to connect it to the orig. micro, but after that one day, it was inconsistent... until watching this video. I'll have to try connecting one of my pros to one of my micros, but I don't think it would work, you might have a very oddly shaped sound field, seeing as the storm box pro is giant compared to the micro.

These speakers sound really good together. I guess 2 is better than 1, especially when it’s comes to these mono speakers. With that said what I find annoying about these speakers is that when you turn them off they unpair. Meaning, for TWS, you have to go through the whole ritual of pairing them every time you turn them on. I have some other speakers that are paired for TWS that stay permanently paired. That and the battery life are my only grips about this speaker

Hi Old Man/New Tech. I am a new subscriber. I'm not sure if you will see this, but perhaps one of your subscribers will, and might be able to answer my question. I bought one of these speakers for my scooter and I was impressed enough to buy a second so I could run the stereo mode. My question, which hopefully you or one of your subscribers can answer is, when in stereo mode, how do you control the volume and song skipping? I usually run my music off of my Android phone, which I usually place in the scooter trunk when I'm driving, so those buttons are not available. Do the buttons on the speakers work simultaneously in stereo mode so I can adjust the volume and skip songs from either left or right speaker?

Mine make the noise when pressing two Bluetooth buttons but never says party mode. I had them synced but they somehow sometimes sync sometimes no. I've informed Tribit and they sent me a partial refund (possibly a known issue? 🤷🏽‍♂️). So to me at least this syncing experience was pretty frustrating to say the least.

It’s been 2 years since i buy the first tribit stormbox micro 1 now i had bought another stormbox micro 1 . They both are micro 1 and i have tried many times still they both are not going to party(even i tried to reset both speakers still no luck) . Is there anything else i can try to make it work

Yes, PC pairing is especially tricky with TWS devices. Microsoft, in particular, freaks out when I try to pair wireless earbuds.
