Overall Bose did a very good job at this design, it does it's job well bass and everything, treble it strives at too! Buy this product, even if it's considered old, it is efficient and reliable! Thank you Bose for these wonderful products, thanks for watching!

2007 speaker but still the best sounding portable speaker of all time for the size even if it dont have bluetooth still the best

I know right! The speaker is a boss at bass when it comes to enclosure areas. Such as under a seat in a car, it will even rattle ur doors almost as if it were a 6' sub-(at low volume)! The sound is loud and great too, unfortunately the portable speaker since it's so old, fails the battery test. sadly if it is at near max, which is where i love it, it only has like 3-4 hours if that... but still it is the best portable speaker!

Yes i have this speaker i love It , i bougth 2011 still works great with the same battery , i want to remplace the 2 spekars cuZ at high volumen the sound its distorsion , but its obviesly its for all this Time working !!! Even better than new speakers of this year this Is a ítem of colection!!!

Una lastima que Bose no volvio a fabricar altavoces de calidad como el Soundock 10, Sounddock Portable, Soundtouch Series, Soundlink Air, Soundlink Wireless MusIc System, Soundlink iii. Ahora ese Revolve y Flex no le dan ni a los tobillos a las antiguas bocinas de Bose y aun me parece un abuso por parte de Bose que venda esa flex en ese precio sabiendo que solo tiene 1 driver y una bateria 18650 en su interior, cada vez bose les pone menos parlantes y baterias a sus equipos bluetooth

it can go very loud, but the highs and the bass is extremelly crapppp !! i gues people who own these Bose never heard a Harman/Kardon Go Play. :)

The bass isn’t crap, it just sounds more vibracious which helps you feel more like you’re listening and feeling big bass. When you have such a portable and light device in front of you. Know we test every speaker man! We test them in our house and at audio places. Fact is big will always win, but features are sometimes better than bigger. Such as light weight.

The bass sounds punchy but not deep and heavy like the Go/Play. The highs sounds so unreal and weird, i must use a equalizer to hear some little bit of the fake highs. They use such a crapp paper cones in all their products,and force them to sound good. And people are paying so much monney for it.

@@scottykilmer3920 I understand your view. It’s true that Bose is a gimmick, but in my opinion this product is old enough to not be apart of the gimmick and sounds great. Sure you hear distortion at the highest volume, at least there’s Change in the volumes, rather than staying the same volume through out the last 30% of the dial. The distortion is the price of having such a portable speaker. Heck this speaker even does better than a home speaker with two speakers dedicated to the highs and lows. So I don’t know how they made this speaker the best of all of Bose but they have! I have now decided myself, JBL is better than Bose in recent products. Amen

Sounds to me like a challenge! I'll gladly post more videos on this topic just for you! But quite frankly nobody knows anything about a speaker portable, surround sound, or PA until they've opened it themselves!
