abhi Anand it is important to understand that every combination medicine available in market has potential ranging from Q upto 24x. It is the regulations of CCRH that 30 potency and above cannot be used to make pre-prepared combinations. as per the rules of the homoeopathic science, it is not advisable to make medicines of potencies 30 and above. you can make many mother tinctures together But dilute them volume by volume or use syrup base with them.
