You have some really great ideas to help one to become inspired to take the leap to make changes in their life. I like the idea on your videos that you give several choices to try to inspire oneself to make changes. Another great video. Thank you for the service you are offering.

Can you give an axemple from taking inspirational action from the hearth? 🇧🇪
@SelfHelpforLife3 жыл бұрын
I assume you mean from the heart? It's hard to give examples, because they will be different for everyone. It's coming from the heart when it feels like it's the right thing to do. It's when motivation comes easily, you have lots of ideas on how to make it work and you feel elevated, energized and enthusiastic! For me, I had that feeling when I started Self Help for Life, when I moved to Australia and when I decided to start leading walks around local parks and reserves in Sydney. However, the examples will be unique to everyone. Hope this helps. Paul

Can you trust yourself on inspired actions? Like going in the middle of the night for your favorite snacks, you feel eager and excited doing so. Or quit your job and try to live of doing sth you always wanted (which might be not profitable). How do you personally recognize whether you should take an inpired action or not?
@SelfHelpforLife4 жыл бұрын
It's not always easy to do in practice. A question to ask is "Will this action make me feel better in the longer term?" Eating your favorite snack might feel good now, but perhaps you'll regret that choice later, or it will have an unwanted effect on your health or energy. The same with quitting your job too soon and the longer term financial effects of that. It's important to use common sense here. Hope this helps. Paul
