If your in the UK then we have northern lights tonight at Saturday night it’s incredible not as dramatic as this obviously but do what the video says and you will get some cool results

I finally got a chance last night to see the lights locally (I'm in southeast MI.) I would add one more tip: change the aspect ratio from the default 4:3 to 16:9, which is widescreen, and you'll get a much larger view to capture more of the scene.

How do you get that little grid to pop up on the camera screen before you take the photo?

In settings, go to camera and there will be a section called composition. In that section there should be a toggle to turn the grid on

I just got a brand new iPhone 14 pro max. The max is 3 seconds in my settings. Am I missing something? I can’t get to 10 seconds.

@@APinTheAK yes the logic is u need to make the phone still while capturing....either try to make it still or use a tripod then u can get 10s or 30s....i have already done that in iphone 14 pro max

I was messing around with it and I think it has to do with how much light there is. In the dark it went up to 10s but with light it was 1s.

@@NixLotusYes, if it’s too lit you can only have 1 second. If it’s dark enough, you can have 3 seconds, if you hold the phone really still or use a tripod you can get 10 or 30 seconds
