Hi doc, I'm having breathing problem. My doctor prescribed me 10 days of prednisone 20 mg. Each day, a single dose plus I also take protonics 40milligrams once a day for gerd. Plus an allergy medication called azelastine. How should I start taking these medications and intervals between them? Please let me know, that will be really helpful. 🙏

Hmmm my doc gave me 20mg prednisone pills but I’m directed to take 2 of them once a day for five days. Does the info here still apply or should I look for a 40mg dose video? This dose I’m taking is to treat a Sinus infection.

I am taking 20mg a day for five days. Today is my last tablet. My doctor told me I don’t need to taper and should be fine to just stop. But I’m scared on the inside I’d withdrawal. I’m with my 2 year old all day which scares me to be alone. I’ve had withdrawals on a different medication that was so scary that I never want to go through this again. But I had to do prednisone due to broncho spasms.

I'm taking prednisone 15m a day for PMR. I barely get any sleep, and it's usually just a 1/2 to an hour in the morning. Just wondering if there is anything I can take to get a good night sleep. I'm not a fan of pm meds because I feel lousy most all the next day, but at this point I'm desperate for sleep. Any advice?

Hello, I have problems with my back. I’m supposed to have surgery but I’ve been putting it off. My right foot is dumb. My leg is numb and my right hip is dumb and painful. Friend said I should take this medicine prednisone and that helped her with the numbness and the pain from the back, can you tell me a little bit about that thank you.

I went into the emergency room and they gave me pro DNISONE , 20 mg tablet take two tablet by mouth once daily for five days . I have an upper respiratory affection also, have a cough too taking BENZONATATE taking two capsules by mouth three times a day as needed for cough!

I had issues breathing for 2 weeks, doc gave me 5 days worth of 20mg of Prednisone that was meant to be taken over the course of 2 days. I was happy as hell before taking it and basically Zen before I took it, and when I was on it and finally able to breathe again, I felt as though my performance in Wrestling and training reached a different level. Now I'm out of Prednisone and I'm suddenly very angry and struggling to stay present.
