@@sunriseshama2455 बहन इसका बस एक इलाज है, रात को दूध में शक्कर मिला कर पियो। दूध कम नहीं हो, मतलब जितने ज्यादा पी सकती हो उतना पीना। सुबह को स्टूल सॉफ्ट आएगा , बस स्टूल सॉफ्ट होगा तो ये परेशानी बहुत कम हो जाएगी। बाकी स्टूल हार्ड होगा तो ये दिक्कत खत्म नही होगी। आतों में खुश्की नही होनी चाहिए।

Hello doc, suffering from int. haeomorroids since lockdown,they are flareing up almost every month. Also recently had colonoscopy done by GP practise to rule out bowel cancer option. I hv been advised fybogel' psyllium,is it ok to take daily? I put protosedyl suppsitories for a week when I get this problem , am doing everything I can including diet, physical activity ,this problem has started during menopausal phase, so it seems ut can b hormonal too? If you follow below things, you can never get those irritating hemorrhoids pr fissure again 1. Drink atleast 4 ltrs of water. Do not drink all at once, keep sipping between your work. It will help to keep the stools soft. 2. Take atleast 25-35 gm of fivre everyday. Fruits, raw vegetables, sprouts are good options. 3. Never ever consume spicy food. If you get fissure or hemorrhoid, you must not touch the spicy food. 4. Take atleast 8 hrs of sleep. Deveivation of sleep causes indigestion and may create constipation which may trigger this issue. 5. Do sitz bath once in every 2-3 days even if you dont have the symptoms. 6. Do not sit for longer hours. Take a 5 min walk every 50 min 7. Keep your weight under control. 8. Never eat hard foods like raw walnut almond or any other nuts without soaking. 9. Chew ypur food properly. I have seen that if you dont chew your food properly it may create trouble during bowel movement. 10. Keep hydrocortisone, lidocaine ointment at home. Apply if you start getting symptoms.
