सिट्ज बाथ क्या है, इस्तेमाल, फायदे और प्रक्रिया
सिट्ज बाथ एक प्रकार का थेराप्यूटिक बाथ है, जिसका उपयोग पेरिनेम (जननांगों और एनस के बीच की जगह) के आसपास के क्षेत्र को साफ करने के लिए किया जाता है. सिट्ज बाथ टब में भी लिया जा सकता है या फिर सिट्ज बाथ किट का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं. सिट्ज बाथ पाइल्स, एनल फिशर व फिस्टुला जैसी स्थितियों के लिए प्रभावी घरेलू उपचार है.
सिट्ज बाथ के फायदे
पेरिनेम में दर्द, सूजन या जलन से पीड़ित लोगों के लिए सिट्ज बाथ लेना अच्छा होता है. सिट्ज बाथ सूजन को कम कर सकता है, बाउल मूवमेंट में मदद करता है और जननांग क्षेत्र में ब्लड फ्लो को बढ़ा सकता है.
सर्जरी के बाद
सर्जरी के बाद सिट्ज बाथ लेने से पेरिनेम को ठीक करने में मदद मिल सकती है. सिट्ज बाथ उस जगह पर ब्लड फ्लो को बढ़ाकर उस एरिया को जल्दी ठीक करने में मदद कर सकता है. इंफेक्शन को रोकने में मदद करने के लिए पोविडोन-आयोडीन नामक एंटीसेप्टिक को पानी में डाला जा सकता है.
सिट्ज बाथ कैसे लें?
सिट्ज बाथ लेने से जहां हीलिंग प्रक्रिया तेज होती है, वहीं प्रभावित क्षेत्र में ब्लड फ्लो भी बढ़ता है. सिट्ज बाथ में ज्यादा गर्म पानी का इस्तेमाल नहीं किया जाता है. अपनी जरूरत के अनुसार निजी क्षेत्र को भिगोने के लिए पानी चाहिए होता है. डॉक्टर कभी-कभी सिट्ज बाथ में डालने के लिए दवा लिख सकते हैं, जिसमें एंटी-बैक्टीरियल गुण होते हैं. पानी में किसी भी प्रकार का साबुन, सुगंधित शॉवर जेल या बबल बाथ डालने से बचना चाहिए. इसके अलावा, सुनिश्चित करें कि आप गुनगुने पानी का उपयोग करें, जो टच करने के लिए पर्याप्त आरामदायक हो.
सारांश
सिट्ज बाथ कई तरह की समस्याओं में मदद करता है. यही कारण है कि अधिकांश डॉक्टरों द्वारा इसकी सिफारिश की जाती है. सिट्ज बाथ की सलाह उन लोगों को दी जाती है, जिन्हें एनल फिशर, सूजन की समस्या या पाइल्स हो. बाथटब में या टॉयलेट के ऊपर फिट होने वाली प्लास्टिक किट से सिट्ज बाथ आसानी से ले सकते हैं. इसे 15 मिनट तक दिन में दो से तीन बार लेना चाहिए. सिट्ज बाथ कई तरह से आपकी मदद कर सकता है जैसे कि सूजन को कम करना, हाइजीन में सुधार करना और साथ ही एनल एरिया में ब्लड फ्लो को बढ़ाता है.

Sir, my fistula operation (open surgery) was done on 10th December 2022. I take sitz bath three times daily and do dressing. But my maximum recovery was done on and before 30 th December 2022. The depth of operation was 2.8 cm. Now there is 1/2 inch. Dr says recovery is not supposed to happen so soon. I would like to know if this could cause some problem? Please reply.
